I thought I had ground pork but it ended up being bison so I did beef & bison mix. This was really good. I baked the meatballs a little longer and cut back on the simmer time and it was fine. The picky one even gave it a 10. Next time I’ll add crushed red pepper to the meatball mixture and the sauce because we’re spicy folk.
