Prep and starter can be done 12 hours in advance. Steps 1 and 2 take 5 minutes + rest for 10-15 minutes + step 3 takes 5 minutes + ferment for 2 hours at room temp OR 12 hours refrigerated overnight.

(I tried COOLING paska without hanging it upside down, and it was OK too.)
