in Halloumi with lemony lentils, chickpeas & beets Recipe

Added 140g rice Used tin of green lentils which I heated on the hob along with the rinsed chickpeas for 3-4 mins then drained. Then added these with the rice and halloumi at the end to make it a hot dish. Prefer pickled beetroot with it too.
