Great healthy dinner! I would rate it a 7 out of 10. It was easy to make and we substituted dried basil for lack of fresh and added a packet of stevia to cut down on the acidity of the tomatoes. We added a few pinches of red pepper flakes to give it a spicy kick. Made lots of left overs. We used a 4 quart pan and almost didn't have enough room for the final combining step.
