Really good! I cut the recipe in half and followed the directions. I added some onion along with the veg, some vegetable broth as well as chicken, used bubbies dill pickles, and I reduced the butter to 2 tbsp and the flour to 3 tbsp so it wasn’t too thick. I omitted the old bay, cayenne, and salt, but added one dried dill. It was very tasty but next time I would slice pickles thinner and also try to use the most low sodium ones I can find, as it did end up tasting a bit salty. I think I would use less of the pickle juice than called for and add it to taste. Would make again.
