I took it out of the pan too soon and it fell apart a little. We live is the southern US, so we call sweet cornbread "Yankee cornbread", but this was actually a nice change. Sweet and delicious 😋 Perfect paired with hamburger/ vegetable soup. I would recommend cooking it a little longer than recommended on this recipe.
