Did not use yellow mustard. Used ACV instead of pickle juice and added a little more than a heaping tsp of sweet chopped pickles. Taste. If need more sweetness, add some sugar substitute. Toppings: bacon bits (cut up small bits of bacon and cooked in oven); Kalamata olive slices; green onion. Considered sriracha dots.
Note: sprinkled about a 1/4 tsp onion and garlic powder and a few drops of Worcestershire as well.
