this was actually really good, but my husband's favorite part was the BBQ sauce made from the reserved liquid. I think this turns out more like an even more time-consuming pot roast, what with the rub and marinating time. i was excited to try this, but I think we'll stick to real brisket. it inspired my husband to buy that smoker he's had his eye on!
