Easy weeknight meal that’s packed with flavor. Really good and would make again. I did make a few adjustments:
1: used boneless skinless chicken thighs only
2: used 1c of coconut milk instead of cream
3: used my simple ingredient whole wheat drop biscuit recipe instead.
I think next time I’ll try cooking the biscuits separately then add them to the soup just to see how it changes the texture. Overall though it was really good and recommend.
