A very good cake, and a little less sweet than many.
The icing is unusual, and benefits from chilling to make thicker, but tastes delicious. The cake is light and moist.
It's a fairly easy cake, with a more involved icing, but not hard to make.
I don't have 7" cake tins, so I used two 8" tins, which only needed a little extra time to bake.
