Added onion to sauté and more spices and put with the tomatoes. Was not able to prepare the tomatoes how it says to in the recipe since I didn’t know from the first page it needs to be set aside for a month before cooking the dish. Still was good but I plan on making it again after preparing the tomatoes correctly.

The tomatoes don't need to be set aside for a month, what the recipe says (not very well) is that the garlic oil that you make in the pan can be kept and stored in the fridge for up to 1 month. Meaning that if you don't use all of the oil for your dinner the extra can be saved in the fridge for other use.
