This was fantastic! Grocery store didn’t have oyster mushrooms so I used portobellos and diced them up, cooking them first in the butter and when water was cooked out I added the onion, celery, carrots and kept going with the recipe. One other change I made was using garlic paste (because I’m lazy) after the flour had cooked 3 min. Even my picky kids happily ate this one! It’s a keeper.
