Went a little rogue....doubled the recipe, put it all in crockpot. Added mushrooms, tablespoon of red pepper flakes, tablespoon sundried tomato & garlic paste, 1/4cup sour cream, 1/4 cup milk, 2cups water, 8oz shredded Mexican blend cheese, onion powder, salt, pepper, ginger, tablespoon of sugar, 2 tablespoon lemon juice, thyme, Italian seasoning, parmesan cheese, served over rice
