These were a party favorite! I brought these with me, so I wasn’t able to serve them fresh. I made them the night before. That meant that the fudge inside was not very runny, but they tasted great! The crinkle cookie dough was a little stiff and kept cracking, so I had a hard time wrapping the filling and the cookie was a little dry overall. I might try to switch it out for a different type of chocolate cookie next time, but this was totally doable. I just filled any cracks where the filling was escaping with more dough. I didn’t have any leaks in the oven. I also completely ignored their sizing and ratios for cookie to filling. I got about 18 cookies out of this batter, and I wrapped the filling like dumplings.
