Great easy recipe!!! I used my Insta pot to steam two large seasoned chicken breast for 15 min in broth/ water. Remove the breast then sauté some diced mushrooms, celery, onion and garlic in butter in the Insta pot. Mixed all ingredients in a bowl then placed in pie crust. Next time I’ll omit the bouillon because the Cream of chicken has enough salt. Quick and easy!!!! Enough to make two pies. I used freezer bags to freeze the extra filling for another meal.
