I struggled with this one a bit. But probably my fault. I used an instapot instead of a slow cooker due to a late start preparing it and felt like I didn’t have enough liquid so added a bit of water. Ended up with a relatively bland dish but added some bouillon, gravy master, gravy mix, a few more spices and lots of salt.
I’ll definitely try this again though with a slow cooker to see if it changes the richness. I suspect it will.
