This tasted like mayo. I understand wanting to make an easy Caesar, but I recommend finding a classic recipe with emulsified egg yolk and oil.

I totally agree! I actually mix this recipe with one that has egg yolks and oil because I like how this one includes dijon mustard and Worcester sauce
