This was my first time cooking tofu and I switched to this recipe at the last minute so I had to make some substitutions. I used soy sauce rather than aminos and just left out some of the salt. I used white wine vinegar rather than rice vinegar. I used sweet chili sauce rather than chili paste. A couple little touches here and there but the sauce still came out so very good! I served with rice and brocolli. It was a surprisingly easy recipe!
