These chops were so easy to cook, they were tasty, juicy and tender. The only thing I would do differently is cut back on the salt. I served them with garlic potatoes, asparagus with Parmesan, bread crumbs, and some petit pois.

Looks a nice dish. You must have a great appetite to have eaten all that especially all those potatoes 😊
