First thing to know… I don’t cook. I’m terrible. I have literally burned water. So the fact that I could follow this recipe and have it turn out good, speaks to the quality of instructions, simplicity, and delicious-ness of this recipe. I will enjoy this dish again. This 30-minute dish took me 1.5 hours, but I attribute that to my lack of basic skills. Hopefully, I will get more efficient with practice.
