in Simple Healthy Zucchini Bread Recipe

Great tasting bread but mine had way too much moisture and took forever to bake through. I am baking at high altitude, so I’m not sure if that changed things. Next time I’ll dry the zucchini just a bit before baking.

I’m betting it was the almond flour. Happens to me too. Try subbing all purpose flour. Bet it works just fine.
