I started with this recipe, but replaced half the salt with lawrys ss. then once the chicken was browned. I put it in the oven to keep cooking. I then added more butter and an onion and some garlic and 1/4 or 1/2 cup of sweet white vinegar and then some salt, 1 lemon of zest, half a lemon of juice, and pepper the added flour and cooked until jelly
