Use dorito's that's how I've always made them, they are so good. I just call them dorito Mozzarella sticks and everyone that has ever tried them when I made them absolutely loves them and with that kind of crunchiness and flavor you don't even need the sauce lol but make sure you fry them in oil don't not air fry them or bake them in the oven because it will not work.
