Was concerned that there wasn't enough sauce, there was! Excellent flavor! I used thighs and left them whole, I used fettuccine and it was excellent. Served with parmesean garlic bread and salad. I would eat the pasta without meat with a salad and be just fine. Excellent flavor profile. I cut the rosemary from my yard, definatly use fresh rosemary and an extra garlic clove.
