I made this with a couple of twists on this.
I used pork neck bone pieces.
I used Course Brown and Smooth Yellow Mustard. The Course mustard gave the meat a very texture as you chew the meat.
I did add sliced Apples and Oranges. The Mediterranean Spices (Basil, Rosemary, Sage and thyme) made for a very nice flavor to them and they helped to add moisture to the meat.
I also added cut green beans as a vegetable.
This is a fantastic recipe for most pork cuts.
