Lovely cake texture and flavot. The icing was a little lemony for me. Next time I will half the lemon juice in the icing and taste test as I go.

I'm thinking it must depend on how ripe the lemons sold in your corner of the world are. I find I have to halve the lemon called for in any of the recipes on this app.
