Note to self - when an American recipe says egg noodles apparently they mean pasta, something like fusilli judging from the pics... Not egg noodles as Brits know them, oops 🤣 Very tasty dish, even with chinese type egg noodles! One day I might read a recipe properly before buying ingredients 🫢
