It's hard getting the chicken breast to the right thickness especially with the size you usually see at the grocery store. Might try thin sliced breast next time and see if it saves some time and grief. Use deli ham sliced on 1 otherwise it can be hard to fold to make the packet. I used thin slices of swiss for the middle and shredded gruyere and Swiss for the sauce. I added some white wine, chicken bullion, and fresh thyme to the sauce. The sauce paired perfectly with the chicken and was almost the best part. I wanted to cover every bite in that sauce. 10/10 would recommend
