Need some skill to execute especially with the timing of laminating since the sugar draws water out of the dough. But a very delicious and elegant recipe! I can see why this would be more delicious than the small individual Kouign Amann desserts since it is large enough to have a moist center. Tastes great with a bit of raspberry jam.
