Great recipe! A little unclear if the Daiya is supposed to go in with everything else or be used as a topping, but I threw it in and it worked out great! Super easy recipe too- probably the easiest vegan mac I’ve made.

Any advice on how to make this if you don't have a rice-cooker?? I've been dying to find an easy vegan mac n cheese that I can make myself instead of the daiya kind, but I don't want to mess up by guessing... (teaching myself how to cook)
