Oiling the rosemary was a good tip! It rose beautifully, just needs longer in the oven at a slightly temperature (for my oven).

Yes! Do play with your oven temp and timings, you’ll find the right combo for your oven after a few tries! It’s absolutely fine to leave it in a bit longer if the colour isn’t quite there yet 😊
