This dish was very delicious. Great flavor, if you make it for a serving of 2 ppl it will advise to use half a carrot, I used a whole one and was great. I had chicken last night so I used stir fry beef instead and it it up in smaller pieces was still VERY DELICOUS. So it does work with both meats. flank steak or stir fry beef is what I would use. Ground beef seems it my have a weird texture. Let me know if anyone tries with ground beef.
