This is a recipe I found that I altered and added too. I just added the chopped artichoke and carrot in with the spinach sauce. Next time I will cut the carrots in half. I also saved about 4 cups of the sauce and froze it separately (which actually brings the calorie count closer to 300/serv) I froze 3/4 of the prepared lasagna so when I that I can add the extra sauce when I reheat it. The instructions I copied from the original recipe so they don't exactly match my ingredients. For example I used evaporated milk and regular milk instead of the creamer and I replaced half the butter with olive oil. Please follow my ingredient list for the calorie count I calculated.
