Absolutely fantastic! I deep fried the meat, but didn't have the chili's or green onions, (for which I substituted yellow onions) but the dish still turned out incredibly flavorful and savory with just a bit of spice (I used chili infused sesame oil for sautéing). I also substituted merlot for the cooking wine. I will probably make more sauce next time, but as is, a little goes a long way
