Super easy and delicious GF dairy-free cookies!
I baked for 12 mins - parchment paper on one pan - crispy; one pan with a silpat liner - softer. All were excellent.
Next time I plan to add a smidgeon of orange zest to the recipe for a little zing, or maybe a little lemon essential oil to the icing for flavor instead of vanilla.
Overall, they were sensational!
