I actually read the recipe a few times and realized they didn't tell you when to put the zucchini in. I add yellow squash for a bit of extra flavor and color and a splash of paprika. It really adds a new layer to the flavors. I also use sea salt instead of regular salt. My cod was frozen so I dried them on paper towels first and kept the moisture down. All in all an excellent recipe!!
