I followed this recipe exact except for the flour. I used gluten free bread flour 1:1 and it turned out so yummy. It’s not necessarily as bubbly as normal focaccia is but given that I am new to gluten intolerance and have been missing good bread - this is a winner! (I used basil pesto and cherry tomatoes as the topping)

Fantastic! This looks much better than the results I’ve tried subbing in GF bread flour. Which brand did you use? So I can suggest to other GF followers!

I used “Extra White Gold” gluten free flour bread (found it at Walmart!)
