I dare say Mom's cast iron skillet never saw anything like this before. Just look at the caramelization! No bird chilis, but I used crushed red pepper flakes and will put Sriracha and chili oil on the table. I tasted the pork already because it's irresistible. This is dinner tonight and lunch tomorrow.
