Great, easy meal. I would definitely recommend using some of the marinade in the pan when cooking the chicken. I didn’t do this, but I’ve tried a similar recipe and cooking with the marinade in the pan made the flavors develop a lot more! Still great without doing this though and my whole family said it tasted “a lot like chipotle”!
