Steamed rice just plain, baked salmon filet with some salt garlic and ginger, chopped green onion, very thinly sliced carrots and tiny pieces of Cucumber and then Avocado slice put that over the rice (none of it cooked) and salmon in the middle. Sprinkle with Sesame seeds. Then make 2 sauces: Sriracha mayo- mayo and garlic chilli sauce and teriyaki drizzle - Sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ground ginger powder and garlic powder, and honey
Drizzle both sayces over everything and voila
