Honestly, I'm not sure how they get the whole bake done with just 15 minutes in the oven. I put my sheet in for 3 30 minute increments to cook and brown the sausage. I like my green beans nice and dark but if you don't want them dark, put them in for the last 2 increments. I am very generous with the garlic and put more butter than they call for to make sure everything gets a nice coating on it (toss the green beans in a bowl with a lid if you have it, so much easier than on the sheet).
