I opt for non-neon green relish as the unnaturally green stuff makes me sick. I generally select a crispy dill spear, like Clausens (in the refrigerated section). Instead of boiling the hot dogs, use non-stick spray and pan fry them until they start to crisp. I prefer to dice my tomatoes and pickle spear so they don't slap me in the face while eating the hot dog. Don't skip the poppy seed bun - they're like little bread bonuses.
