2 person household here. I'd only make around 4 at a time. The longer these sit in the fridge the more they turn into salted eggs (not a bad thing!) The recipe says these eggs are only good in your fridge for about 4 days, so be mindful of that.
All in all, they're absolutely as delicious as the pictures look!
