This has been the most delicious and easiest bread recipe I’ve ever made! I will be making this all the time now and can’t wait to experiment with toppings! Edited to add: I started using Winona Unbleached Unbromated bread flour and it’s seriously the best I’ve ever had. I make this once a week, sometimes twice, and it’s by far my favorite recipe! I love using spicy chili oil as the topping.
