This was good. Used Dan O’s original seasoning in place of salt & pepper. Used about 3/4 of a cup of Mayo and about a 1/4 honey Dijon mustard. Soaked in 2% milk for about 8 hours. Patted chicken dry when I removed from the milk before adding the mixture to the top of the chicken. Only used 6 ounces of shredded Parmesan cheese.
