These were super good! The ONLY thing I will do differently next time is flatter the batter BEFORE putting it in the oil. The instructions said to put the batter in the oil and then flatten it out but the oil was cooking it too fast to spread so they were more round than flat fritter. I’ll try flattening on parchment paper and getting it in the oil from there.
