This turned out so good! I added ranch in place of the blue cheese crumbles and thoroughly enjoyed it. I also used “fiesta blend” cheese instead of Mozzarella because that’s what I had in the house and we didn’t really notice it in any bad way, could do that again or return to mozzarella.
