Great recipe if you are making for a party of people I had 6 adults over and we only drank half ( stored the leftovers in the fridge) it probably made 4 litres of hot chocolate. it is thick, creamy and decadent so a little goes a long way. Only draw back for me is that it looked a little like it had curdled because of the pumpkin puree though when drinking the texture is very smooth just make sure you give it a good stir before serving
