I always go off script on these recipes. I actually used a mix of actual instant grits and steamfresh cauliflower rice. (Cut a lot of prep time out). Added chicken andouille sausage and crumbled bacon; costed the shrimp in Cajun seasoning; and used a cashew queso dip mixed in with grits and the sauce in the shrimp. Came out amazing. I forgot to buy greens but spinach makes a good addition,
