So many spices but worth it. I added a little bit more water when I added the rice. I say the previous notes. My husband lived in. Do squeeze some lime on it and add the olives. Go off the instructions for what spices go where or it’s confusing. I marinaded the chicken in the rub for 6 hours. So good. I will be making this again. Be sure to check your spices before you start. You don’t use much but you use many.
